Challenge

Publishers have difficulty determining duplicate mailings and validating addresses. The challenge of maintaining an accurate mailing list and renewal campaigns while integrating with online ordering can a large task to manage.

Solution

Pape Ventures developed new technology to intelligently identify duplicate addresses and people by mathematically calculating and comparing existing subscriptions. The final solution automates change of addresses, online ordering, promotion codes, automatic postcard reminders and email reminders coupled with internal user mailing list management.

Results

The project seemlessly integrates and fully automates managing subscriptions. It ensures that items don't get lost and has reduced duplicate mailings saving the publisher money.
